Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager at InfoTiles, you will have the flexibility to work from home while spearheading the adoption and utilisation of our innovative water management PaaS solution within your region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the sales efforts and driving revenue growth by promoting our PaaS solution to water utilities, government bodies, and other relevant stakeholders in your territory.
  2. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the water industry, positioning InfoTiles as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.
  3. Understanding customer needs and challenges, and collaborating with the InfoTiles team to tailor our PaaS solution to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Conducting engaging product demonstrations and delivering persuasive presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our PaaS solution.
  5. Actively identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our market reach and maximise customer impact.
  6. Staying up to date with industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies in water management, and leveraging this knowledge to advise customers and guide product development.
  7. Providing regular sales reports, market insights, and customer feedback to contribute to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Proven experience and a strong track record in B2B sales, preferably within the water industry or related sectors.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including water professionals, executives, and technical teams.
  3. A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in water management, as well as the ability to articulate the value of our PaaS solution in addressing those challenges.
  4. Self-motivation, resilience, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  5. Fluency in English is essential for the UK-based position, while fluency in French and German is required for the Central Europe position.
  6. Willingness to travel within your region to meet clients, attend industry events, and cultivate strong business relationships.
