Terms of Service
IntroductionInfoTiles AS, a company based in Stavanger, Norway, provides software as a service (SaaS) solutions to its customers. These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which InfoTiles AS offers its services and the responsibilities of both parties involved.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
- Service: The software application and services provided by InfoTiles AS to its customers.
- Customer: The individual or organization that has entered into an agreement with InfoTiles AS to use the Service.
- Agreement: The contract between InfoTiles AS and the Customer that outlines the terms and conditions of the Service.
Service
InfoTiles AS provides the Service to its customers, which includes access to the software application and any support services as agreed upon in the Agreement.
Data Processing
As part of delivering agreed services, InfoTiles AS may use 3rd parties to process, store and visualise customer data. These include:
- Microsoft - Azure Cloud Computing Services.
- Elasticsearch B.V - Cloud Computing Services.
- ComDocks GmbH - File Upload processing.
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for:
- Proper Use: Using the Service in accordance with the Agreement and these Terms of Service.
- Data Security: Ensuring the security and integrity of any data provided to or accessed through the Service.
- Payment: Paying any fees or charges associated with the Service as agreed upon in the Agreement.
Payment
The payment terms for the Service are outlined in the Agreement. The Customer agrees to pay the fees and charges as specified in the Agreement.
Term and Termination
The term of the Agreement is as specified in the Agreement. Either party may terminate the Agreement upon written notice to the other party.
Warranties
InfoTiles AS warrants that the Service will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner. The Customer warrants that it will use the Service in accordance with the Agreement and these Terms of Service.
Limitations of Liability
InfoTiles AS is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Data Loss: Loss or corruption of data due to the use of the Service.
- System Failure: Failure of the Service or any system used to provide the Service.
- Third-Party Actions: Actions of third parties that may affect the use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Norwegian Arbitration Association.
Changes
InfoTiles AS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. The Customer agrees to be bound by any changes made to these Terms of Service.

Effective Date

Acceptance
